The implementation of the waste bank is a community social engineering activity to sort waste. Through establishment bank, people are not only sorting out but how be productive and innovative. By processing into valuable items, become educated appreciate each according its value type. Waste management regulated in Government Regulation Republic Indonesia number 81 2012 concerning Management Household Similar Waste, that sites have principle 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). In accordance with government regulation, initiated by Cipinang group RT 01 RW 12, Village, Cimaung District, Bandung Regency 20 members trying establish Bank which managed independently help youth who Youth Organization. main problem related human resources technical equipment supports management. assistance provided operational aspects, institutional or financing aspects participation aspects.
